Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Envirt.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

Envirt.ai is an AI-powered executive intelligence platform that helps founders understand financial and marketing performance, including features described as AI CFO and AI CMO capabilities (forecasts, summaries, channel views, and similar tooling). We may modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
• Notify support@envirt.ai promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and payment terms

• Plans. Published plans include Solo at $49/month and Growth at $99/month (USD unless otherwise stated), subject to change with notice as described below.
• Billing. Fees are charged via Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.
• Purchasing power parity (PPP). Regional or PPP pricing may be offered where we choose to make it available and is subject to eligibility verification; we may adjust or withdraw PPP offers if verification fails or abuse is suspected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service except via documented APIs we expressly permit.
• Share account credentials or circumvent access controls.
• Misrepresent AI outputs as certified audits, legal opinions, regulated financial advice, or professional attestations.
• Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or harass others.

6. AI disclaimer

Third-party AI providers process prompts and context you submit under their terms; see our Privacy Policy for subprocessors.

7. Intellectual property

• Envirt.ai and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and underlying platform (excluding your data).
• You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Service.
• Subject to these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs for your business purposes. Envirt.ai does not claim ownership of outputs generated for your account; limitations in law or third-party model terms may still apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Envirt.ai and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the total subscription fees you paid to Envirt.ai in the twelve (12) months before the claim first arose, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

We are not liable for business decisions, regulatory outcomes, or damages based on reliance on AI-generated insights.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription as described above.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with at least thirty (30) days’ notice where reasonable and unless immediate action is needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
• After termination, you may request export of your data where technically feasible; we aim to make export or download available for up to thirty (30) days after termination unless we delete earlier as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Courts in Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes subject to this clause, where permitted by law.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email to the address associated with your account (or by in-product notice) before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
